AI per Aziendefor lawyers

AI for law firms that does the groundwork, not the lawyering

AI per Aziende is an Italian studio that builds custom AI tools for solo lawyers and small law firms. An intake assistant answers prospective clients on your website and WhatsApp, collects the facts and books a consultation; first drafts of routine letters come from your own templates, and a lawyer reviews and signs everything. It starts with a free intro call.

  • Free discovery call
  • A working demo before you sign

Where the day goes

  • Leads go cold while you're in court

Someone fills in your contact form at 10am while you're in a hearing until lunch. By the time you call back, they've talked to two other firms, and all you have is a one-line message to work from.

  • Routine letters written from scratch

Demand letters, document requests, engagement follow-ups, meeting recaps: your firm has written each of them a hundred times, yet someone still copies the last one and edits names and dates by hand.

  • Billable time that never gets recorded

A quick call here, a document review there. If it isn't logged when it happens, it doesn't make it onto the invoice, and small firms feel every unbilled hour.

What the AI actually does

Intake assistant that books, never advises

It answers on your website and WhatsApp with the information you approve: practice areas, office hours, how consultations work. It gathers contact details, the other party's name and a short description, then offers open slots. It gives no legal advice and makes clear that no attorney-client relationship exists until you take the matter.

Example
On a Sunday evening a small-business owner writes about an unpaid invoice from a supplier dispute. The assistant asks for the amount, the other company's name and any contract, and books Tuesday at 3pm. Monday morning you have the summary, and can run your conflict check before the call.

First drafts from your own templates

Routine correspondence is drafted from the templates your firm already uses, with the matter details filled in. The draft lands with the lawyer, who edits it and decides whether it goes out.

Example
After an intake meeting, a paralegal asks for the demand letter. A draft with the amount, deadline and debtor details from the meeting notes is ready in minutes; the partner tightens one paragraph and signs it.

Time captured by voice note

Say 'thirty minutes on the phone with opposing counsel on the Rossi lease' and the entry is logged against the matter with date and duration, ready for billing review.

Example
Walking out of the courthouse, you record one voice note covering the hearing, a client call and a document review. By evening the three entries are on the matter, waiting for you to approve them.

Consultation reminders with a document checklist

Clients pick an open slot and get a reminder the day before, listing what to bring. If they need to reschedule, they do it themselves instead of calling the front desk.

Example
A client booked to discuss an employment dismissal gets a reminder on Wednesday: bring the termination letter, your contract and recent pay slips. The meeting starts with the documents on the table.

Custom tools for the gap in your workflow

If there's a step your practice-management software doesn't cover, we build for that specific problem. Custom software is the work we do.

Example
A collections-heavy practice wants a Monday list of matters where the debtor hasn't replied in twenty days. We build the report that lands in the office inbox on its own.

How we get started

Three steps, and the first one is a no-strings conversation.

  1. 1

    Free intro call

About thirty minutes online. You walk us through how new clients reach your firm and where time leaks. We tell you what AI can reasonably support and what should stay with the lawyer.

  2. 2

    Prototype built on your materials

We build a first version with your practice areas, hours and letter templates, without touching live client files until you say so. You try it before committing to anything.

  3. 3

    Rollout and refinement

The tool goes into daily use and we adjust it as your team works with it. Anything addressed to a client or opposing party stays a draft until a lawyer approves it.

Why AI per Aziende

Built to keep you in control

Our tools draft, sort and remind. They don't send, decide or advise on their own: every outgoing message and document waits for a person's approval.

We write software for a living

Management systems, WhatsApp and Telegram assistants, tools that work through documents and data: that's the work our clients pay us for. We also run three industry-specific platforms we developed ourselves.

Your client data stays yours

Client information is used only to run your firm's tool and never to train models. The code and the assistant's instructions belong to your firm, even if we stop working together.

Frequently asked questions

Can lawyers ethically use generative AI?

Generally yes, under the duties that apply to any tool. In the US, the American Bar Association's Formal Opinion 512, issued on 29 July 2024, frames generative AI around competence, confidentiality, communication with clients, supervision and reasonable fees. In Italy, Law 132/2025 (Article 13) requires professionals to tell clients which AI systems they use. Rules differ by jurisdiction, so check your own bar's guidance. Our tools handle supporting work like intake, scheduling and drafts, and a lawyer reviews every output.

Will the intake assistant give legal advice to prospective clients?

No. It's configured to collect facts, contact details and documents, offer consultation times and explain that only a lawyer can assess the matter. It doesn't evaluate the case, predict outcomes or suggest that an attorney-client relationship exists. Anything that needs judgment is handed to you in a summary, so you decide how to respond and whether to take the matter.

What is the best client intake software for a small law firm?

It depends on how clients reach you and what your practice-management system already does. Ready-made intake tools work well for many firms. A custom build makes sense when you need intake on WhatsApp, questions specific to your practice areas, or a summary in your own format. On the intro call we'll tell you honestly whether an off-the-shelf tool would serve you better.

Does it connect to my practice-management software?

Not out of the box, and we say so up front. We have no ready-made connection to existing legal practice-management systems. What we build works alongside them: summaries, drafts and time entries you can export or copy into your system. If an integration is essential for you, we'll discuss on the intro call whether it's realistic before you commit to anything.

How do you protect client confidentiality?

Confidentiality is settled before the build, not after. Together we list what the assistant may ask, usually contact details, the other party's name and a short description, and what it must refuse to collect. What it gathers serves your firm's tool only; none of it feeds model training. Drafts addressed to clients or opposing counsel wait for a lawyer, and the firm owns the code.

How much does AI for a law firm cost?

Two things drive the price: how many lawyers will use the tool, and whether you need intake only or drafting and time capture as well. A solo practitioner with a website assistant is a smaller project than a five-lawyer firm with templates for every practice area. After the free call you get a written quote before anything is built, and if we don't think it's worth it, we'll tell you.
